Right from my initial contact with her I was impressed with the information she provided, reaching out via email with a lot of detail on how everything worked. As first time home buyers - we knew nothing, but Nina provided us all the information and help we needed along the way. She connected us with our lender - which turned out to be a great experience. She also found us a fabulous inspector (when the time came) who created an extremely detailed report with photos and diagrams of each issue. This was extremely helpful when both negotiating with the seller, and when hiring contractors to fix the issues. I should add that Nina also helped to connect us with multiple contractors and an HVAC company. She went totally above and beyond to not only help us find the perfect home, but also to make sure the process was a painless as possible for us. I was born just outside of Cleveland, OH, but moved to the Matthews area as a baby, so I naturally consider myself a native of Charlotte. I currently reside in Indian Trail with my husband and 2 daughters and specialize in the Matthews/Union County area. I have an international business background and an eye for detail. The wants and needs of my clients are of the utmost importance!
